Villa Facilities
The downstairs of our villa is open plan. As you enter through the front door, you will appreciate the light, airy interior, that commences with a formal lounge with two sofas and loveseat.
A formal dining area (seating for eight people) follows before reaching the kitchen and family area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle and plenty of dinnerware, cuttlery, drinkware, cookware and baking equipment. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with eight stools, perfect for informal, family mealtimes. A highchair is available for babies/young children.
The kitchen leads on to a family area with two sofas and a loveseat. For entertainment, guests have full use of a flatscreen TV with DVD and a Wii games console and selection of Wii games. We also supply over 30 DVD films, including some suitable for children.
A laundry room houses a large washer and separate dryer, iron and ironing board. The garage (accessed via the laundry room) has been carpeted and converted to a family games room containing a pool table, air hockey and table football.

The villa contains 4½ bathrooms. Both master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are two separate bathrooms upstairs, each containing toilet, bath/shower and wash basin/vanity unit. There is an additional toilet downstairs.
Access to the patio and pool area is from the kitchen area. The villa has its own private pool and hot tub. Whilst not necessary in the summer months, the pool can be heated on request. We supply a range of children's pool toys and plenty of patio furniture. For the safety of our guests, especially children, the pool has a safety fence which runs the length of the pool area and should only be opened when parents able to supervise their children. The entire pool/patio area is screened to keep the insects out.
We aim to make our home a wonderful vacation experience for our guests and therefore we supply plenty of bath towels, separate pool towels and all bedding. A travel cot and high chair are available for families with babies/young children. A welcome pack containing basic provisions such as milk, bread, butter, fruit juice etc. are included in each rental.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout and for your safety and security an intruder alarm is provided. Complimentary wi-fi is also included - bring your laptop!
